— End-to-end documentation

Every step documented. Results in days.

From collection to certified analysis, our workflow is built for defensible results—tamper-evident logs at every handoff, no gaps in custody.

/ How it works

Four steps. Zero ambiguity.

01

Sample collection

02

Chain-of-custody transfer

A certified technician collects bulk material samples using tamper-evident containers. Every container is labeled, sealed, and logged before leaving the property.

Samples are transported under a documented custody log—time-stamped, signed at each handoff, and traceable end-to-end. No gap in the record.

03

Certified lab analysis

Samples are analyzed by accredited laboratory instruments—polarized light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy where required. Industrial-grade precision at every run.

04

Certified report delivery

Your report names the material, fiber count, applicable standard, and a clear next-step recommendation. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days; rush processing available.

▸ Accredited. Documented. Defensible.

Certification standards that hold up

Our laboratory operates under NVLAP accreditation and follows EPA 600/R-93/116 methodology. Every report meets the documentation requirements insurers, regulators, and lenders require.
